INSULATION:Super quality glass wool in all sides top and door, Bottom is not insulated, 12 gauge M. S. sheet forms the floor of the oven. AIR CIRCULATION:Forced air circulation inside the oven is provided by one or more axial flow or centrifugal blower fans. Air circulation fan motor depends upon the application. DOOR:Doors are fitted on heavy hinges with ball lock system for safety and locking. CONTROL GEAR:Separate control panel will be provided either on top or separately fitted as per customer’s requirements. Temperature will be controlled by thermostat or digital temperature controller with indicator. Indicating lamps, Air Break contactor switch for motor, etc. will be provided more over Amp. Meter, voltmeter, timer etc. will be provided as per customer’s requirements. TROLLEY:Trolley arrangement will be ground level so no need of foundation. Trolley’s size will be less by about 4″ to 6″ than the internal size of the oven to accommodate inside the oven.
